Introduction

Infinity Crypto Signals ("Infinity Signals," "we," "us," "our") operates premium cryptocurrency trading signal channels on Telegram®. Throughout these terms, "Service" refers to our Telegram channels, signals, educational content, automated bots, and all related services. By joining our channels, purchasing access, or using our Service, you ("Member," "Subscriber," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including all referenced policies and documents.

• "Proprietary Content" - All signals, strategies, educational materials, subscriber data, bots, scripts, branding, and other content created or distributed by Infinity Signals
• "Cornix Bot" - Third-party automated trading bot that can execute trades based on our signals

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization and represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Your use of our Service is also subject to Telegram's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You must comply with Telegram's terms in addition to ours.

2. Eligibility and Access

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You are not located in any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
• You have not been previously banned from our Service
• Your Telegram account is in good standing and not violating Telegram's Terms of Service
• You will provide accurate and complete information when purchasing access

4. Registration and Account Security

4.1 Registration Process

5.3 Billing Terms

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Renewals will be charged at the then-current rate
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

5.4 No Automatic Renewal

IMPORTANT: We do NOT use automatic renewals or recurring billing. All subscriptions are one-time payments that expire at the end of the purchased period:

• 1 Month: Expires after 30 days
• 3 Months: Expires after 90 days
• 6 Months: Expires after 180 days
• Lifetime: Never expires (subject to Terms)

You must manually purchase a new subscription when your current one expires. We will NOT automatically charge your payment method.

6. License to Use Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and view signals in our private channels
• Use signals for your personal trading activities
• Connect authorized trading bots to execute signals

This license does NOT permit you to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell signals
• Use signals for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer our trading strategies
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Use automated tools to scrape or download signals

You agree not to:

• Impersonate Infinity Signals staff or representatives
• Post spam, advertisements, or affiliate links without permission
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other members
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

8.1 Nature of Signals

Our signals are:

• Educational opinions, not personalized advice
• Based on technical and fundamental analysis
• Time-sensitive and may become obsolete quickly
• Not guaranteed to be profitable

8.2 Signal Format

Typical signals include:

• Cryptocurrency pair (e.g., BTC/USDT)
• Direction (Long/Short)
• Entry zone
• Take-profit targets
• Stop-loss level
• Recommended leverage (for high-leverage signals)

8.3 Your Responsibilities

You must:

• Conduct your own research before trading
• Never invest more than you can afford to lose
• Use appropriate risk management
• Monitor your positions actively
• Act on signals immediately - delays may result in losses
• Understand that past signal performance doesn't guarantee future results
• Accept that even profitable signals can turn into losses
• Know that stop-losses may not execute at exact prices

9. No Investment Advice

Our signals and content are:

• Not personalized to your financial situation
• Not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset
• Not a substitute for professional financial advice

10. Risk Acknowledgment

By using our Service, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss
• You may lose all of your invested capital
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Leverage amplifies both gains and losses
• Markets can be manipulated and are highly volatile
• Technical issues may prevent timely trade execution

• Bad months happen: Even the best trading systems experience losing periods
• Drawdowns are normal: Multiple consecutive losses are statistically expected

11.3 User Content

16. Termination

16.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Cancelling through your payment provider
• Using the cancellation option in our bot

16.2 Termination by Us - NO NOTICE REQUIRED

• Violating any part of these Terms
• Sharing, leaking, or redistributing signals
• Suspicious activity or behavior
• Being disrespectful to staff or members
• Asking for refunds repeatedly
• Complaining about losses
• Our discretionary decision
• NO REASON AT ALL - we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

You will NOT receive:

• Prior warning before termination
• Explanation for the ban
• Opportunity to appeal
• Refund of any kind

16.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to channels will be revoked immediately
• NO REFUNDS under any circumstances
• You must cease all use of our content
• Your Telegram username may be blacklisted
• We may share your information with other signal providers
• Legal action may be pursued for damages
• Provisions that should survive will remain in effect

We do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:
